We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to offer the appointment to another guest.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, may be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Please note that our on-scalp color and chemical services are only for clients who are 16 years and older.

While we are always happy to accommodate your preferred stylist whenever possible, we cannot guarantee availability.
